Ranjit Kovilinkal is a Psychologist, Trainer, Teacher, Educator and Mentor. He is a Guest Faculty at TNOU, wherein he teaches ‘Counseling and Psychotherapy’ to the 1st and 2nd year students who are working professionals. He is also a practicing Psychotherapist and is well versed in Behavioral therapies as well as in Positive Psychology. He is currently doing research in Mindful Leadership’ and has conducted workshops on Mindfulness and other aspects of Positive Psychology at various forums like CII, UGC, Madras University and a few corporates. He also taught Management subjects at the SP Jain Institute of Management in their Dubai and Singapore campuses for more than 5 years as a Guest Faculty.
Ranjit is an Engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has undergone a specialization Post Graduate MSc program in Counselling and Psychotherapy, is a Fellow at the Association of Professional Psychologists and has undertaken all the 5 certificate courses on Positive Psychology offered by the University of Pennsylvania.
Ranjit has more than two decades of experience across various countries in managerial and leadership positions. His was the young COO of a boutique consulting firm before starting life as an entrepreneur. He is into fitness and meditation and walks the talk in terms of having a healthy mind and a healthy body.
